BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

OFF BEAT: Dolce & Gabbana tax rap puts them in fashionable company

From the catwalk to the cellblock, a Milan appeals court has upheld a tax evasion conviction against designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.

The men behind Italian fashion label Dolce & Gabbana were found guilty last year of failing to pay millions of euros in taxes and sentenced to one year and eight months in prison. The court did on Wednesday, however, reduce the sentence to one year and six months because the statute of limitations applied to certain facts in the case, Reuters reported.

Mr. Dolce and Mr. Gabbana are the latest to join the short list of Italian designers who have been scrutinized by tax authorities. Other fashion houses include Valentino, Prada and Armani.

Dolce & Gabbana has a number of celebrity fans, such as Scarlett Johansson and Matthew McConaughey, who appeared in a 2013 commercial directed by Martin Scorsese for its The One fragrance.
