Broadspire expanding TPA hubs in Americas, Asia-PacificReprints
Broadspire Services Inc. is establishing hubs in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore, which the third-party administrator of Crawford & Company said Monday is to better serve its clients.
The expansion, the Atlanta-based TPA said in a statement, is its response to the growing needs of risk managers with locations in multiple countries who require access to management information and greater control over the claims process.
Broadspire’s international services include accident and health, personal injury, rehabilitation and return to work.
“Global clients of Broadspire will be able to utilize private Web portals to access claims data allowing them to identify claim trends to better manage risks, control costs in the claims process and protect their brand and reputation,” Mike Reeves, Crawford's London-based executive vice president of global markets, said in the statement.
