BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Introducing a new addition to Business Insurance's workers comp team

Reprints

I wanted to take a bit to introduce Stephanie Goldberg, a new associate editor at Business Insurance who joined me this week in covering the workers compensation market. Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Michigan State University, and she began her career at CNN Digital in Atlanta where she covered technology, health and entertainment. With those credentials, we're pretty excited to have Stephanie on our staff.

If you would like to introduce yourself as a potential source for Stephanie's upcoming workers comp stories, she can be reached at sgoldberg@businessinsurance.com and 312-649-5283. You can also follow her on Twitter at twitter.com/businssgoldberg.

Meanwhile, I'm heading to Denver on Friday to join the BI reporting team at the Risk & Insurance Management Society Inc.'s annual conference and exhibition. I hope to see many of you there between attending sessions, heading to meetings and walking around the conference exhibit hall.

You'll also find me hanging out periodically with the BI team at exhibit hall booth #811, so please stop by and say hi if you're around. I'll be on the lookout for workers comp-related story ideas at RIMS, so I would be happy to hear any ideas that our readers might have for potential coverage.
