Vietnam: Insurer Baoviet Holdings looks for foreign partners

Vietnamese insurer Bao Viet Holdings said it hopes to find up to three international strategic partners and is seeking shareholders' nod for the move.

Bao Viet will sell shares worth from 400 billion Vietnamese dong ($20 million) to VND 615 billion to the partners, reports Reuters citing the Vietnam Economic Times newspaper. This would help increase the company's registered capital by at least 6% before Mar. 31, 2015, the newspaper reported.
