PZU Group is close to buying Lithuanian insurer Lietuvos draudimas from RSA Insurance Group, sources said.
They said the Lithuanian insurer will be sold for around €100 million ($138.8 million), Reuters reported.
"The deal is in the final straight," a source said.
Media reports had earlier suggested that PZU Group and Vienna Insurance Group A.G. were bidding for the Lithuanian insurer.
