Vienna Insurance takes 94% of Moldovan insurer

Vienna Insurance Group A.G. officials have confirmed the completion of the acquisition of a 94% stake in Donaris Group, based in Moldova, Xprimm reported.

Nonlife insurer Donaris recorded an 8% year-on-year increase in premiums during 2013. It is the fourth biggest nonlife insurer in the country, holding a market share of 8.5%.
