Air pollution costs China $300 billion annually, says report

Health problems and premature deaths linked to China's air pollution are estimated to cost the nation from $100 billion to more than $300 billion annually, according to a report by the World Bank and the Development Research Center of the State Council.

China's Premier Li Keqiang is set to "declare war" on pollution in the coming days, Agence France-Presse reported.
