Atmospheric radiation levels in Tokyo less than Paris, London

Figures have revealed that atmospheric radiation levels in Tokyo, Japan, are at the pre-Fukushima nuclear disaster level, with central Tokyo recording an average level of 0.0339 microsieverts per hour, Bloomberg reports.

That compares with 0.108 microsieverts in Seoul, 0.085 microsieverts in London and 0.057 microsieverts in Paris.

Meanwhile, levels near the damaged Fukushima plant remain high, with the level in Namie town reaching 17.59 microsieverts, Bloomberg reported.
