BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A list released by the Horowhenua District Council showed that 78 buildings are potentially-earthquake prone, Stuff.co.nz reported.
The list includes several retail outlets and public buildings. The buildings meet less than 33% of the building code, according to an initial study. If further investigation reveals they are in fact not up to code, building owners would have to make improvements under legislation currently being debated in parliament.
