U.K.: Floods 'devastate' businesses in South West England

The recent floods that affected rail services in South West England have "devastated" the region's tourism and businesses, officials have been told.

The region's enterprise partnership said the floods have cost Cornwall's tourism industry millions, BBC reported. There was also a significant cost to businesses, Tudor Evans, leader of Plymouth City Council, said.
