BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

SEC to hold public cyber security roundtable

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will host a roundtable on March 26 to discuss cyber security, specifically “the issues and challenges it raises” for market participants and public companies and how companies are addressing those concerns, the SEC said Friday.

“The growing interest in cyber security across financial markets and other sectors has raised questions about how various market participants can effectively manage cyber security threats,” said the SEC in its statement.

“Cyber security breaches have focused public attention on how public companies disclose cyber security threats and incidents,” the agency said.

The roundtable is open to the public and will be held in SEC’s Washington headquarters at 100 F St. NE. Further details will be published in the coming weeks, the agency said.
