Storm wreaks havoc on U.K.

A huge storm has battered the United Kingdom, cutting the power to more than 10,000 homes in the English county of Middlesex, while more than 250,000 homes and businesses in Ireland saw their electricity cut from the storm, Euronews reported.

Flooding has disrupted rail service in the United Kingdom and the Met Office has issued a red warning, meaning there is a “risk to life.”
