Nigeria: Lagos records 84 petroleum tanker fire incidents in 2013

Rasaq Fadipe, state director of the Lagos State Fire Service, said, in an interview with newsmen, that the state recorded 84 petroleum tanker fire incidents in 2013.

Mr. Fadipe said the number of such incidents registered during 2013 was more than the past years, The Nigerian Observer reported.

He said petroleum tankers and articulated trucks make up for the highest number of traffic fire incidents.
