BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Bermuda: New overseas markets key for insurers, says expert

A report by Ernst & Young L.L.P. has said that countries such as China, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Mexico, among others, offer the best prospects for the insurance and reinsurance sector.

The new wave of countries represents significant opportunities for Bermudian insurers and reinsurers, The Royal Gazette reported citing EY's Bermuda insurance leader Pete Cangany. Mr. Cangany said that as regional firms in such countries expand globally, they would need global reinsurance.
