To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Japan Ship Owners' Mutual Protection & Indemnity Association has called for more clarity on details related to the temporary suspension of sanctions against insurance for ships carrying Iranian oil, Platts reported.
Without clarity, the suspension could be rendered worthless, the P&I club said.
