To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

Bermuda: Regulator to revise insurance legislation in 2014

Insurance is among the Bermuda Monetary Authority's focuses in 2014 as the region looks to continue having strong financial regulations, Bermuda Sun reports.

The regulator will revise the region's insurance legislation in the second quarter to improve the process of filing requirements for captive insurers.

Revisions include a refined Statutory Financial Return model that will become an annual requirement for captives.

This SFR will be submitted electronically, Bermuda Sun reported.
