BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

RSA Insurance planning sale of eastern, central European assets: Sources

RSA Insurance Group P.L.C. is looking to sell assets and businesses in central and eastern Europe, including Balta in Latvia and Link4 in Poland, sources have told Bloomberg.

The insurer looks to boost its finances after its credit rating was recently downgraded by Standard & Poor's Corp. and after it issued three profit warnings in recent months.

Sources said the insurer is close to appointing Swiss financial services firm UBS A.G. to handle the divestments.
