Fires across South Australia cause estimated $8.8 million in damage

Fires across South Australia have caused an estimated $10 million Australian ($8.8 million) in damage, ABC reported.

Overall, 1,700 livestock have been lost in the state because of the fires.

The biggest fire affected more than 71,000 hectares in the upper south east at Ngarkat Conservation Park, reports ABC.
