To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

U.K.: Solicitors Regulation Authority mulls ban on unrated liability insurers

The Solicitors Regulation Authority is to consult on permitting only rated insurers to write professional liability cover for lawyers after discovering that clients of law firms with unrated insurers did not receive necessary protection, The Law Gazette reported.

Agnieszka Scott, director of policy and strategy at the Solicitors Regulation Authority, said "we are proposing on insisting on a rating for insurers on the participating list."
