Belarus Re's premiums triple

Belarusian National Reinsurance Organization (Belarus Re) concluded 8,618 reinsurance contracts during 2013.

The amount of reinsurance premiums on assumed reinsurance grew 199% year on year to 462.7 billion Belarusian rubles ($48.4 million) during the period, Xprimm reported. Commercial property accounted for 20% of reinsurance premiums. Combined ratio stood at 29%.
