Ireland: Coastal counties estimate $95.7 million damage bill from storms

Coastal counties along storm-hit western and southern seaboards in Ireland have estimated it will cost more than €70 million ($95.7 million) to repair the damage and protect it from further erosion, reported.

Damage to public infrastructure in Co Clare is estimated at €23.7 million ($32.4 million).

Mayo County Council estimates a repair bill of €€.5 million ($6.1 million) and County Donegal estimates damage at €1.4 million ($1.9 million).
