Russian insurer OSAO RESO-Garantia expects to pay out around 50 million Russian rubles ($1.5 million) to victims and relatives of victims of the recent terrorist attack on a bus in Volgograd, Russia, Forinsurer reported.

The insurer will start making payments this been and has been in constant touch with the National Union of Liability Insurers over the matter. The insurer said it has started accepting documents from victims and their relatives.
