BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Canada: Ice storm to cost Toronto $98 million, says report

The December 2013 ice storm in Toronto that left many without power will cost the city about $106 million Canadian ($97.9 million), a report from the city said.

The city council has been asked to request that Toronto be declared a disaster area, CBC reported. More than 300,000 customers of Toronto Hydro Corp. lost power supply during the ice storm.
