BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Nigeria: Insurers expect growth in 2014

Nigeria's insurance industry witnessed a series of reforms and policy introductions in 2013, National Mirror reported.

Donald Obi, former executive director of UNIC Insurance P.L.C., said the industry is experiencing a boom period.

Sunday Thomas, director general of the Nigerian Insurers Association, said acquisitions for 2014 have started with underwriting companies forming alliances on new accounts and renewing old accounts. Insurance expert Sunday Kayode said "2014 is going to be a year of business growth for many insurers across the globe." Mr. Kayode said "Nigeria will not be any exception."
