BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Italy: Unipol receives offer for insurance business

Italian insurer Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A. has received an offer to purchase its insurance business which it has to sell to complete its merger with Fondiaria-Sai S.p.A., Reuters reported.

In May 2013, AXA Group and Allianz S.E., among others, expressed interest in Unipol's assets. It has €1.7 billion ($2.32 billion) worth of premiums on its books.
