The Property Casualty Insurers Association of America honored two longstanding member companies during a recognition ceremony held Tuesday at its annual meeting in Boston.
PCI recognized Hallmark Financial Services Inc., a Fort Worth, Texas-based provider of standard commercial, personal and specialty coverage that first joined the association in 1988. Mark Morrison, president and CEO of Hallmark, accepted the membership award.
The association also honored Seattle-based mutual insurer Grange Insurance Group for its 50 years as a member of PCI. Ryan Dudley, president and CEO of Grange, accepted the award.
PCI also elected new officers to its Board of Governors on Tuesday. Robert Restrepo, chairman and CEO of State Auto Insurance Cos., was elected as PCI's chair, while Terrence Cavanaugh, president and CEO of Erie Insurance Group, was elected first vice chair, and Jim Wallace, chairman, president and CEO of GuideOne Insurance, was elected second vice chair.
“PCI is fortunate to draw upon the experience and expertise of our newly elected board,” PCI President David Sampson said.
