Business Insurance on Wednesday announced the Northeast region honorees for its inaugural 40 under 40 Regional Broker Leaders awards.
The honorees are:
• Javier Gonzalez, executive vice president and partner at Axis Insurance Services L.L.C. in Franklin Lakes, N.J.
• Scott Kannry, vice president, financial services group at Aon Risk Solutions in New York.
• Chris Keith, a producer at The Graham Co. in Philadelphia.
• Brandon Mueller, a partner at Seubert & Associates in Pittsburgh.
• Aaron Rosenfeld, executive vice president of GFI Insurance Brokerage Inc. in New York.
• Dennis Tierney, senior vice president of Marsh Inc.'s claims practice in New York.
• Michael Tomasulo, management liability practice leader at AH&T Insurance Inc. and president of the brokerage's Northeast region in Newark, N.J.
• Harris Tsangaris, senior vice president at NFP Property & Casualty Services Inc. in New York.
The 40 Under 40 program recognizes leadership attributes, client service skills and expertise among retail insurance brokers. The program is divided into five regions of the United States with eight honorees per region.
While brokerages can nominate multiple candidates for each region, only one nominee per firm can be recognized for each region. Honorees are selected by a panel of Business Insurance editors.
The next region for which winners will be announced is the West region. Nominations are still open for brokers working in the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest.
