Zurich North America names new chief financial officer

Zurich North America has named a new chief financial officer, the insurer announced in a statement Monday.
Dalynn Hoch previously served as head of global finance transformation at Zurich Insurance Group Ltd. in Zurich. She succeeds Vibhu Sharma, who was named group controller in Zurich.
“Dalynn brings a strong track record to this important role,” said Mike Foley, Zurich's regional chairman of North America and CEO of North America commercial, in a statement. “Since July 2011, she has been on an international assignment that focused on multiple transformation projects with finance teams around the globe that delivered an executable transformation plan.”
Ms. Hoch is based in Schaumburg, Ill.
