LONDON—Max Capital Group Ltd. has appointed Adam Mullan as chief executive officer of Max at Lloyd’s Ltd., the Lloyd’s of London managing agent for syndicates 1400, 2525 and 2526.
Mr. Mullan has been with Max since 2000 and most recently served as managing director of Max Re Europe and executive vp and group chief underwriting officer for property and specialty reinsurance.
He succeeds Iain Bremner, who is leaving Hamilton, Bermuda-based Max to pursue other career opportunities, the company said in a statement.
Mr. Mullan’s appointment is subject to approval by the U.K. Financial Services Authority.
