Mercer Human Resource Consulting is acquiring the Swiss consulting business of KPMG Benefit Consulting. Mercer will acquire KPMG's operations in Zurich and Geneva, and 24 KPMG employees will transfer to Mercer. Terms were not disclosed....ELDERCARE Mutual Insurance Co.
