Gallagher & Co. said that after consecutive years of rate hikes driven by reduced market capacity and underwriting appetite, the directors and officers’ liability insurance market in Australia is starting to level out, Asia Insurance Review reported. Insurers are becoming more confident in their risk selection, as market conditions improve amid favorable legislative reforms.
