Acrisure unit buys over 77% stake in Spanish insurance broker

U.K.-based private equity firm B.P. Marsh & Partners PLC has agreed to sell its entire 77.25% stake in Spanish insurance broker consolidator Summa Insurance Brokerage SL to insurance broker Acrisure LLC’s Spanish arm, Verdict reported. Acrisure Espana will pay €9.7 million ($11.2 million) in cash for all of B.P. Marsh’s stake in Summa.
