Fifty-one health care workers in Detroit filed a lawsuit Sept. 6 against the Henry Ford Health System over its COVID-19 vaccine mandate, alleging it is unconstitutional, reports Business Insurance. The latest in the string of similar suits, the complaint also alleges the hospital’s vaccination mandate puts employees at risk of injury or death from adverse reactions to vaccination, according to the suit.
