To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

In arguments before the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis, prescription benefit management firms contend that ERISA gives them the right to limit which pharmacies patients with health insurance can use, reports the Ohio Capitol Journal. The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association made the arguments Sept. 1 in a rehearing of a 2020 ruling that struck down North Dakota’s attempts to regulate PBMs.
