BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Enstar acquires controlling stake in Bermudian reinsurer

Bermuda-based insurer Enstar Group Ltd. now holds a controlling stake of 75.1% in Bermudian reinsurer Enhanzed Reinsurance Ltd. after acquiring another 27.7% stake from a Hillhouse Capital Group affiliate for around $217 million, Verdict reported. Allianz SE will retain its 24.9% interest in the reinsurer.
