BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

CVS, United Health suing Ohio to protect PBM information

CVS Caremark and OptumRx pharmacy benefit managers are battling with the state of Ohio over efforts to reveal information tied to Medicaid contracts that the state believes should be public knowledge, according to Becker’s Hospital Review. A heavily redacted version of a 2018 report into reimbursement rates was made public and showed overcharges that cost Ohio $224 million. The PBM units of CVS Health Inc. and UnitedHealth Group Inc. are now suing to keep a full, unredacted report from being released.
