To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Patient experience has a large effect on how likely a patient is to return to a provider or adhere to their treatment program, according to survey by Accenture, reports Becker’s Hospital Review. A majority of patients, 67%, say they have had a negative healthcare experience. Of those, 34% said they were less likely to seek medical care the next time they needed it, the survey found.
