U.K.-based insurance broker Aon PLC expects 2021 to be a record year for the catastrophe bond market, driven by the market’s positive momentum, strong investor appetite and high interest from ceding companies, Artemis reported. The market has had a “very strong” first half, with strong capital inflows into the insurance-linked securities asset class.
