BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A Florida federal judge on Feb. 1 certified class action status against Health Insurance Innovations Inc. for directing, aiding, and abetting junk health insurance plans, Orlando Sentinel reports. The Tampa-based insurer has been accused of developing the limited benefit indemnity and medical discount plans, which Simple Health Plans LLC and Nationwide Health Advisors sold to consumers as PPO plans compliant with requirements of the Affordable Care Act.
