Australian victims are planning to sue Royal Caribbean International cruise line over last year's volcano eruption on New Zealand's White Island, which killed 21 people and injured several others, 9News reported. Even though GeoNet Duty Volcanologist noted activity in the volcano six days before the tour, the tour went ahead and passengers from the Ovation of the Seas cruise ship were on the island when the volcano erupted.
