BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

AIG appoints Sachin N Shah as CEO of Asia-Pacific

American International Group Inc. has appointed Sachin N Shah as chief executive of Asia-Pacific at AIG General Insurance, effective end of December, Asia Insurance Review reported. Mr. Shah will be based in Singapore and report to Christopher Townsend, chief executive of AIG General Insurance International. Most recently, Mr. Shah served as chairman, president and chief executive of Japan-based MetLife Insurance K.K.
