BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Aon appoints Andrew Matson to head global portfolio unit

U.K.-based insurance broker Aon P.L.C. has appointed Andrew Matson as head of its global portfolio brokerage unit, Asia Insurance Review reported. Mr. Matson will continue to report to Nick Frankland, chief executive for U.K. reinsurance solutions at Aon. In his new role, Mr. Matson will match cedents seeking specialist capacity with carriers.
