BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Nigeria's Federal High Court has upheld a $3.6-billion fine imposed on Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Co. related to the December 2011 Bonga Field oil spill, Punch reported. The court ordered Shell Nigeria to pay the fine to the country's National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency. Shell Nigeria had filed a lawsuit challenging the agency's powers to impose levies or fines over oil spills.
