To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

UK businesses to face fines for not reporting gender pay gap

The U.K.'s Equality and Human Rights Commission has warned that businesses failing to comply with gender pay gap reporting regulations could face unlimited fines and convictions, Insider.co.uk reported. The current gender pay gap is estimated to be 18.4% in the United Kingdom and 15.6% in Scotland. Private sector employers with a workforce of at least 250 people in England, Wales and Scotland need to publish information on their gender pay gap by April 4.
