BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Belgium to compensate all terrorism victims

Reprints

The Belgian government and insurers have agreed to compensate terror attack victims irrespective of where and how the attacks are perpetrated, The Brussels Times reported. The agreement will be made into a draft law. A cascading insurance mechanism will be created under which work-related insurance will intervene first, and if not applicable, the victim's third-party insurance will be considered. The victim will receive compensation from a Common Guarantee Fund if he or she is unable to benefit from either of the two types of insurance. The payment percentage will be 100% if the number of victims does not surpass 50 and the damage does not exceed €200 million ($246.5 million).
