BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

QBE’s net profit rises 30% in first half

Australia-based QBE Insurance Group Ltd.’s net profit grew 30% to $345 million in the first half, compared with $265 million in the first six months of 2016, Fox Business reported. The insurer said that the profit was driven by stronger underwriting performance in North America and its Australia and New Zealand operations, which offset a rise in claims in emerging markets.
