BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A report by U.S.-based Willis Re Inc. found that reinsurers in the Middle East are pushing retentions higher and commissions to new lows to protect against adverse results in the July 1 renewal season, Middle East Insurance Review reported. There is greater focus on underlying rate adequacy of the portfolio, which is being benchmarked against the market by an increased number of reinsurers, the report added.
