BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The changes, effective from July 1, broaden the scheme's coverage to include buildings in which at least 20% of floor space is used for commercial purposes or which have a sum insured of at least $37.5 million. The country's Terrorism Insurance Act 2003 will be amended to include acts described as chemical, biological, polluting, contaminating, pathogenic, poisoning, or words of similar effect.
