BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

U.S.-based ratings agency A.M. Best Co. Inc. has said that Brexit and political uncertainty in Europe are likely to further depress merger and acquisition activity among European insurers this year after a steep decline in deals in 2016, Reuters reported. A fall in the pound following Brexit, elections scheduled in France and Germany this year and negative interest rates in some European countries are some of the main reasons deals may be few and far between, the agency said.
