BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Beazley appoints Najib Bousakr as Latin American head of specialty lines

U.K.-based specialist insurer Beazley P.L.C. has appointed Najib Bousakr as head of specialty lines for Latin America, BNamericas reported. Mr. Bousakr will be responsible for underwriting coverage and promoting the development of the insurer's specialty lines business in the region. He will be based at Beazley's Miami office and report to Gerard Bloom, head of international financial lines. Most recently, Mr. Bousakr was Latin American regional manager for the International Financial Lines division of XL Catlin.
